One foot in front of the other

If you want some walking tips, just ask Brenna. She's getting there, with her 15 step record today. She also can walk from one person in the room to another now.

But, you must cheer for her when she falls. She expects it - just ask my in-laws who visited today. Brenna would fall down, look at them for praise, and throw her arms up in the air, as if asking, "I'm awesome, aren't you going to clap for me, now?!"

I bought her her first pair of real walking sneakers (no longer just soft-soled baby shoes) yesterday, so that should help her balance. And, I really want to know why her shoes cost almost as much as mine do.
